It’s perfectly normal to feel unsure at first. During our first free consultation, we’ll go over where you are in the planning process, what you need help with, and which approach works best for you.

Whether you need support with planning, coordination, or both, my role is to make sure you can be fully present, relax, and truly enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the details.

Every wedding is unique, which is why I don’t work to a set number of hours. I’m there from the moment the day begins to take shape behind the scenes, and I stay until I’m confident everything is running exactly as it should.

In practice, this usually means around 12 hours, but my focus is never on the clock - it’s on making sure you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment, knowing everything is under control.

A venue coordinator is primarily responsible for the venue and all matters related to it.

As a wedding coordinator, I work on behalf of you, the bride and groom, to keep everything running smoothly throughout the day—including vendors, transportation schedules, guests, details, the timeline, and everything in between.

Most people book 12–18 months before their wedding, especially for popular summer dates. The sooner you get in touch, the better your chances of securing your date.

No, I'm based in Eskilstuna, but I work throughout Sweden and also take on assignments abroad.

That works great! I charge by the hour, so you can book as many hours as you want and need in addition to your package.

Yes, I do! I offer Wedding Content Creation, where I’m your social media best friend and capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments with my phone. It’s perfect for Reels, TikTok, and Stories that you can relive as early as the day after the wedding.

You can choose which items you’d like to rent, or you can opt for one of the packages I offer. If you need help with setting the table or delivery, those services can be added. Dishwashing is always included.

Yes! I also offer venue scouting, where I help you find a venue that fits your vision, style, and budget, both in Sweden and abroad.
